We deliver for 50 EGP in Great Cairo and Giza within 72 hours and 100 EGP in all other cities. Delivering within 2-5 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).

Our policy lasts 3 days.

If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  
• Original full packaging must be included in the same condition as received.
  
• Returns and exchanges must be REQUESTED within 72 hours after receiving the order.
  
• Returns/Exchange shipping's fees will be detected from the customer.
  
• Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. combining orders will slow down the refund process.
  

Any Returns that do not meet or policy will not be accepted.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.

For return and exchange the courier have to pickup the order first and return back to confirm with return policy and to ship the new order back again, this may take 10 working days
